Description

I have a passion for trying new things in life and never leaving an opportunity wasted. While in college I wanted to play a sport I choose Rugby. I learned to play guitar, got involved in school politics, made some great bonds with people, experienced some great traditions, and overall found a love for trying everything life could and would throw at me. After college I decided to take a break and joined the world of hospitality: Restaurants. You could say I'm still taking that break for I haven't left. In restaurants I have learned so much about not only our culture as a whole but the world of food, wine, beer, and dining in it's entirety.
