SimpleTimer is a basic desktop stopwatch utility that can be used to time activities. It has count-up and count-down modes, and only takes up a small amount of space on the desktop.

SimpleTimer is free for noncommercial use or for individual use within a commercial environment provided it is not used for monitoring employee performance.
