JUSE Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to your use of JUSE, a mobile card game provided by Softlocate Pty Ltd. By downloading, accessing, or using JUSE, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Using JUSE

You may use JUSE for personal entertainment and other lawful personal use. You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its normal operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to its systems, distribute malicious code, or use JUSE in a way that violates applicable law.

Gameplay

JUSE is a concentration-based card game for 2 to 4 players. The game is designed around strategic valid moves, careful thinking, and gameplay rules that may be adjusted or improved over time.

Game results, bot behaviour, difficulty, rules, visual presentation, and available features may change as JUSE is updated.

Advertising

JUSE may display advertisements, including banner and interstitial ads. Advertising helps support the operation, maintenance, and continued development of the app.

Advertisements may be provided by third-party advertising services, including Google AdMob. The availability, format, content, and frequency of advertisements may vary based on factors such as device type, region, network availability, privacy choices, advertising settings, and service availability.

Softlocate does not create or control every advertisement shown by third-party advertising providers and does not endorse every product, service, website, or offer that may appear in an advertisement. Any interaction with an advertiser or third-party service is subject to that provider's own terms and policies.

Privacy and third-party services

JUSE uses third-party services to provide certain functionality, including advertising. These services may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

Updates and changes

Softlocate may update JUSE, change features, improve gameplay, fix bugs, modify rules, change advertising implementation, add or remove functionality, or discontinue parts of the app. Some updates may be required for continued compatibility, security, or access to particular features.

Availability

We aim to keep JUSE reliable and available, but we do not guarantee that the app, advertisements, or third-party services will always be available, uninterrupted, compatible with every device, or free from errors.

Intellectual property

JUSE, its name, branding, design, graphics, interface, gameplay presentation, software, text, and related content are owned by Softlocate Pty Ltd or used under appropriate rights unless otherwise stated.

Except where permitted by law, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, license, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from JUSE or its protected content without permission.

No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JUSE is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim to provide a reliable experience, but we do not guarantee that JUSE will always be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or suitable for every purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softlocate Pty Ltd is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of JUSE, third-party advertisements, or linked third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, remedy, or other protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights that may apply under Australian consumer law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when JUSE, our services, advertising arrangements, or applicable requirements change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be changed when the Terms are updated.
